Deb previously owned and managed two other successful preschools in North Somerset for eight years. She has also delivered training to other childcare providers. Deb holds a Diploma in Preschool Practice and Level 3 in Forest School.
Lynne Caperton - Manager / Safeguarding Lead / Forest School Leader
Lynne has worked in the Childcare Sectior for over 20 years, previously working as a Lead Childminding Practitioner within North Somerset offering support, advice and training (such as Makaton) to other childminders. Lynne is also trained as a Level 3 Forest School Leader.
Catherine Bavin - Playworker / INCCO / Safeguarding Lead
Catherine has a NVQ in Childrens Care, Learning and Development.
Helen Franks - Playworker / Behaviour Management Lead
Helen holds a Level 3 Cache in Early Years.
